Wassenberg, December 5, 2025 - The Management Board of TIN INN Holding AG (ticker TIW / ISIN DE000A40ZTT8) decided 
today not to pursue the planned issue of a secured corporate bond in the form announced. Instead, the Management Board 
decided to implement the financing through direct placement with financing partners, thereby achieving better interest 
rates. The company has initiated the corresponding implementation. 
The Management Board continues to see the company's growth strategy as confirmed. The company is seeing sustained high 
interest in its shares and will inform the capital market of any relevant progress.
